Prices of items and items sold on the website are subject to change at any time without notice.  If prices are incorrect minerva will inform you of the correct price.

PAYING WITH KLARNA

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

  • Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerlandand the Netherlands.
  • Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmarkand Finland.
  • Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
  • Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
  • Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. We can only offer you the payment methods available based on the result of the credit check. General information about Klarna and the user terms per country can be found on klarna.com. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.

UK shipping

  1. UK shipping is £3.75 and comes with tracking.
  2. We dispatch any order the same day if placed before 3.30pm.
  3. Orders received after 3.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  4. All orders are sent signed for via Royal mail.
  5. Estimated delivery times, allow 1-4 working days.

European and International shipping

  1. All items are shipped using Royalmail, within Europe £12 and rest of the world £12-£28.
  2. All orders come with a tracking number and will have to be signed for on delivery.
  3. The customer takes full responsibility of any custom charges or additional delivery fee's.
  4. We cannot supply any information on custom charges.
  5. We dispatch any order the same day if placed before 3.30pm.
  6. Orders received after 3.30pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  7. Any special requests, feel free to contact us.
  8. Estimated delivery times all depend on where the order is dispatched too, if you require any information please contact us. 

If you wish to return your purchase for any reason the item must be in perfect saleable condition and returned within 28 days from the day the order was placed.

We understand you may need to remove packaging to try products on but if any products are returned with the following defects we reserve the right to refuse the return.

  • The item is marked, torn, stretched or damaged.
  • Washed items.
  • Item smells of smoke, deodorant or washing powder.
  • Sock fluff, signs of wear or soiled in anyways.
  • Trainers must be returned in original box and posted back in parcel bag/box.

We cannot be held accountable for any goods that may be damaged, lost or stolen in transit. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for excessive wear. 

Faulty goods 

Items that are returned faulty may need further inspection from the product’s brand to determine if the product has a manufacturers fault.  Due to the nature of this process it can take several weeks for the brand to fully establish if the item in question is faulty.  If an item requires this service we do our very  best to complete the process quickly and efficiently and will keep you informed of the progress of your product.
